MC68HC16 Series
The MC68HC16Z1CAG25 is a high-speed 16-bit Microcontroller that combines high-performance data manipulation capabilities with powerful peripheral subsystems and is upwardly code compatible with the 68HC11 family of microcontrollers. This device is built up from standard modules that interface through a common intermodule bus (IMB). The 68HC16Z1 incorporates a true 16 bit central processing unit (CPU), a system integration module (SIM), an 8/10 bit analog-digital converter (ADC), a queued serial module (QSM), a general purpose timer (GPT) and a 1Kbyte static standby RAM.
