The CD431690B is a dual SCR Isolated Module designed for use in applications requiring phase control and isolated packaging. The modules are isolated for easy mounting with other components on a common heat sink. It is ideal for bridge circuits, large IGBT circuit front ends, welders, heat and temperature control.
