Description

The ESD051-1F4 is a unidirectional single line TVS diode designed to protect the power line against EOS and ESD transients. This ESD suppressor is ideal for applications where PCB space saving is required such as cellular handsets and accessories, wearable devices, USB buses, battery lines.
