The AFE1594 is a family of multichannel, simultaneous sampling, 24-bit, delta-sigma (ΔΣ) analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) with built-in programmable gain Instrumentation Amplifiers (INAs), internal reference, and an on-chip PLL.
