MOC302 Series

The MOC3020XSM is a 6-pin Optically Coupled Isolator consisting of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode coupled with a light activated silicon bilateral switch performing the functions of a TRIAC mounting. It is suitable for CRTs and power TRIAC driver.
