UXN6M9M-Prescaler Series
The UXN6M9M is a 9 GHz, highly programmable, divide-by-8 to 511, programmable integer divider. The UXN6M9M covers all integer divide ratios between 8 and 511, features single-ended or differential inputs and outputs, and is packaged in a 40-pin, 6 mm × 6 mm leadless plastic SMT. The device is ideal for synthesizer applications, fractional-N and integer-N PLLs.
