General part information
65DN06 Series
Housingless Welding Diode600 V, 12.8 kA*/ 14.4 kA** with a diameter of 65 mm. We designed this new welding diode with improved losses for medium frequency resistance welding and high current rectifier applications. The low on-state voltage allows very high forward current of around 12.8 kA continuously which is 10% more than our current type 65DN06. The 65DN06B02 is mechanically compatible to 65DN06 and very compact with a diameter of 65 mm and a height of 5 mm. *IFAV@ Tc= 100°C**IFAV@ Tc= 85°C
