General part information
JHL0624 Series
The JHL03 and JHL06 series are new additions to our growing line of DC-DC converters specifically designed for medical applications. The new ranges include both 3 Watts and 6 Watt output power versions each having two input ranges of 10V to 17V and 20V to 30VDC for nominal 12V and 24VDC inputs. Single output models provide a choice of 5V, 12V or 15VDC while duals are offered with either ±12V or ±15VDC out. The output is adjustable ±10% via an external resistor. The two new series have medical safety approvals per IEC 60601-1 and ANSI/AMMI ES60601-1 3rd edition standards and meets many of the other requirements specific to the medical industry. They provide 4000VAC double / reinforced insulation for 1 minute with a working voltage of 250VAC. Additionally, they meet 2 x Means of Patient Protection (MOPP) requirements and provide 5000 VAC isolation for 10ms. Patient leakage current is less than 2µA and the range meets EN55011 Level A requirements for EMC without any additional components.
