BGA614 Series
BGA614H6327XTSA1 is a silicon germanium broadband MMIC amplifier. It is a broadband-matched, general-purpose MMIC amplifier in a Darlington configuration. It is optimized for a typical supply current of 40mA. It is based on Infineon Technologies’ B7HF silicon germanium technology. It is used in applications such as driver amplifiers for GSM/PCS/CDMA/UMTS, broadband amplifiers for SAT-TV & LNBs, and broadband amplifiers for CATV.
