Description

General part information

4DIR1401 Series

The 4DIR1401HA (with 3 forward channels) is AEC-Q100 qualified and provides robust reinforced isolation for high-voltage automotive applications. Four data channels allow for simplified and high-power density designs and improve system efficiency with low power consumption. With a wide supply voltage range, active-high output enable, and default low output state, it is a perfect fit for automotive communication interfaces where reinforced isolation is required.
