CIPOS™ Mini 600V, 15A three-phase intelligent power module with open emitter in DIP 36 x 21 package. It provides fully featured compact inverter solution along with the best optimized efficiency, excellent thermal conduction and electrical isolation for high switching applications with low turn-off switching losses. Potential applications includes washing machines, home appliances, motor control and drives, motor control for industrial automation, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC).
