General part information
T495D Series
The T495 series capacitors are low ESR, surge robust MnO2 polarized tantalum chip capacitors. These capacitors are designed for demanding applications that require high surge current and high ripple current capability. T495 capacitors builds upon proven capabilities of industrial grade tantalum chip capacitors to offer several advantages such as low ESR, high ripple current capability, excellent capacitance stability and improved resistance to high inrush currents. These benefits are achieved through a combination of proprietary design, materials and process parameters as well as high stress, low impedance electrical conditioning performed prior to screening.
