BTN70301 Series

BTN70301EPAXUMA1 is a MOTIX™ single half-bridge IC that provides a smart low-ohmic, protected half-bridge in a single package. It has the capability to switch high-frequency PWM and provide protection features. It offers low- and high-current single half-bridges designed for use in automotive and industrial applications. Potential applications include replacing electromechanical relays, fuses, and discrete circuits, suitable for driving motors and solenoids of a max. the inductance of 3mH at maximal current, temperature-dependent overload detection current level with min. 17A (TJ < 75°C), min. 15A (TJ = 125°C) and min. 14A (TJ = 150°C), current sense diagnosis optimized for motor and solenoid applications.
