BTF500601 Series
Single channel smart high-side power switch. Suitable for driving all types of resistive, inductive and capacitive loads. Most suitable for driving loads with PWM frequency from 0Hz (DC operation) up to 33KHz and above, drives valves, coil and motors with inrush current up to 60A.
