EVALPSE1 Series
This board has the purpose to enable the evaluation of theFF11MR12W2M1HP_B11,FF11MR12W2M1H_B70andFF17MR12W1M1H_B11CoolSiC™ MOSFETmodules with EiceDRIVER™ 1200 V isolated gate driver1EDI60I12AF. The evaluation board allows the performance of double-pulse measurements as well as functional tests as DC/DC converter. Therefore the board is designed as bidirectional buck-boost converter.
