TSB952 Series
The TSB951 and TSB952 are high-speed operational amplifier featuring an extended supply voltage operating range and rail-to-rail output. They also have an excellent speed/current consumption ratio because they are 52 MHz gain bandwidth products, consuming less than 3.3 mA per channel at 36 V supply voltage.
The TSB951 and TSB952 operate over a wide temperature range from -40 °C to +125 °C, making these devices ideal for industrial and automotive applications with the associated qualification.
Thanks to their small package size, the TSB951 and TSB952 can be used in applications where space on the board is limited. It can thus reduce the overall cost of the PCB.
