4DIR0400 Series
The 4DIR0400HA (with 4 forward channels) is AEC-Q100 qualified and provides robust reinforced isolation for high-voltage automotive applications. Four data channels allow for simplified and high-power density designs and improve system efficiency with low power consumption. With a wide supply voltage range, active-high output enable and default low output state, it is a perfect fit for SMPS applications where reinforced isolation is required.
