TLE49645 Series
TLE49645MXTMA1 is a high precision automotive hall effect switch. Target applications for the TLE496x hall switch family are all applications that require a high precision hall switch with an operating temperature range from -40°C to 170°C. Its superior supply voltage range from 3.0V to 32V with overvoltage capability (e.g. load-dump) up to 42V without an external resistor makes it ideally suited for automotive and industrial applications. The TLE4964-5M is a unipolar switch with a typical operating point BOP = 7.5mT and a hysteresis of BHYS = 2.5mT. It is ideally suited for various position detection applications.
