EVAL12 Series

This 12W AC/DC power supply is designed specifically to power a 3 phase smart electricity meter, showcasing the latest950V CoolMOS™ P7 SJ MOSFET. This evaluation board is also equipped with other Infineon components such asQR PWM controllerandNPN silicon AF transistor. The board aims at providing smart electricity meter designers with an idea on how to power up a smart meter using the latest state-of-the-art SJ technology. This 12W 3-phase smart meter SMPS board satisfies all the necessary technical requirements. It also provides a wide AC input range from 185-460AC. It features more than 82% efficiency at full load, has an output short protection and better thermal performance with the latestCoolMOS™ P7 series. Equipped with950V CoolMOS™ P7 SJ MOSFETin DPAK, the board allows a drop in replacement by SOT-223, providing a cost down potential.
