Thyristor/Thyristor 60 mm Power Block 1600 V, 600 A modules for phase control inpressure contacttechnology. Also available withpre-applied Thermal Interface Material (TIM). With TIM modules a reproducible thermal performance of power electronic systems will be achieved.
