M921200 Series
The M9112x2/3 MEMS Oscillator family utilizes the latest advancements in silicon MEMS technology to provide a high-performance differential MEMS oscillator (either LVPECL or LVDS) with improved phase noise and excellent jitter and stability over a wide range of supply voltages and temperatures. The M9112x2/3 MEMS Oscillator family has been tested in accordance with MIL-STD-883 and MIL-STD-202 and is available in industry-standard packages, including the smallest differential oscillator in the market, 2.5 mm x 2.0 mm, which are "drop-in" replacements for standard 4-pin and 6-pin CMOS quartz crystal LVPECL/LVDS oscillators. The M9112x2/3 family is an excellent choice for use as a reliable reference clock for aerospace and defense applications in networking, communications, and military systems.
