IPT60R065 Series

The 600V CoolMOS™ S7 Superjunction MOSFET (IPT60R065S7) is ideally suited for low frequency switching applications. The design of the IPT60R065S7 enables low conduction losses as well as better thermal resistance. This 600V CoolMOS™ SJ MOSFET targets applications such as active bridge rectifiers, inverter stages, in-rush relays,PLCs, HV DC lines, powersolid state relaysand solid state circuit breakers. The 600V CoolMOS™ S7 SJ MOSFET in TOLL (Pb-free) package benefits in increased energy efficiency and erases heat sink in solid state design.
