The 4840-6000-CP is a 40-way stamped and formed Dual-wipe DIP Socket with matte tin-plated phosphor bronze contacts. The 4800 series socket has polyester glass filled insulation, 0.6-inch row spacing and straight tail. Dual leaf, high compression contact provides reliable termination.
