STT2200 Series
Thyristor/Thyristor 55 mmPower Start1800 V, 2200 A Module for soft start applications in pressure contact technology. Main benefit of the design concept in comparison to existing soft starter solutions is one slim foot-print (55 mm) fitting 2200 A starting current which allows contactor compatible designs (LxWxH 134x55x100 mm). This Infineon® Power Start module is also available with1600 V.
