HybridPACKTMLight 700 V, 200 A six-pack TRENCHSTOPTMIGBT3 is a very compactIGBT moduletargeting mild hybrid vehicles. The module is based on established solder and screw interconnections known from HybridPACKTM1. Improved stray inductance and blocking voltage offer lowest conduction and switching losses especially at inverter maximum ratings.
