iMOTION™ IPMintegrating motor controller, three phase gate driver and 600 V/4 A IGBTs in DSO-22 package. The IMI111T-046H device does not require a heatsink and addresses motor drives with a typical rated output power up to 70 W with 600 V maximum DC blocking voltage.
