56DN06 Series
Housingless Welding Diode600 V, 10.3 kA*/ 11.6 kA** with a diameter of 56 mm. We designed this new welding diode with improved losses for medium frequency resistance welding and high current rectifier applications. The low on-state voltage allows very high forward current of around 10.3 kA continuously which is 15% more than our current type 56DN06B01. The 56DN06B02 is mechanically compatible to 56DN06B01 and very compact with a diameter of 56 mm and a height of 5 mm. *IFAV@ Tc= 100°C**IFAV@ Tc= 85°C
