IR3889 Series
The IR3889 OptiMOSTMIPOL is an easy-to-use, fully integrated DC-DC buck regulator. The onboard PWM controller and OptiMOS™ MOSFETs with integrated bootstrap diode make the IR3889 a small footprint solution, providing high-efficient power delivery. Furthermore, it uses a fast Constant-On-Time (COT) control scheme, which simplifies the design efforts and achieves fast control response.
