The S26HL01GTFPBHB030 from Infineon's SEMPER™ NOR Flash Memory family is a next-level 1 Gbit memory device designed for automotive applications. Leveraging Infineon® 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, it stores two data bits per memory array cell. Offering a superior HYPERBUS™ interface, it provides impressive bandwidths up to 333 MByte/s and operates at a voltage of 3V. The device is ISO 26262-compliant and comes in the Infineon specific PG-BGA-24 package.
