SHIELDBTS500151 Series

SHIELDBTS500151TADTOBO1 is a 12V protected switch shield for Arduino comes with BTS50015-1TAD, an ultra-low ohmic smart high-side power switch from Power PROFET™. The shield can be controlled with the general logic IO-Ports of a MCU. On board is a self-protected BTS50015-1TAD N-channel High Side MOSFET with an integrated driver IC in one package mounted. In addition to the driver, several security features have been integrated, like OTP, short circuit and OVP. With the enhanced current sense pin IS it is possible to give a fault feedback after an overtemperature shut down, short to circuit or open load. It is designed for relay and fuse replacement in power distribution and junction boxes, Power PROFET™ can drive resistive, capacitive and inductive loads (e.g. heating resistors, filter capacitors, motor, valves, pumps). The Power PROFET™ family targets high current applications and applications with high switching cycles and high energy requirements.
