Description
General part information
XC7A75 Series
The Xilinx Artix®-7 FPGA family provide highest performance-per-watt fabric, transceiver line rates, DSP processing and AMS integration in a cost optimized FPGA. Featuring MicroBlaze™ soft processor and 1,066Mb/s DDR3 support, the family is best value for variety of cost and power sensitive applications including software defined radio, machine vision cameras and low end wireless backhaul. It is optimized for low power applications requiring serial transceivers, high DSP and logic throughput. It features up to 215K logic cells, 13Mb BRAM, 740 DSP slices, 929 GMAC/s, 16 transceivers, 6.6Gb/s transceiver speed, 211Gb/s serial bandwidth, x4 Gen2 PCIe interface and 500 I/O pins. Artix®-7 FPGA supports wide variety of configuration options including support for commodity memories, 256bit AES encryption with HMAC/SHA-256 authentication and built-in SEU detection and correction. It meets needs of size, weight, power and cost (SWaP-C) sensitive markets like avionics and communications.
