TLE9180 Series
The MOTIX™ TLE9180D-32QK is an advanced gate driver IC dedicated to control 6 external N-channel MOSFETs forming an inverter for high current 3 phase motor drives application in the automotive sector. Three integrated current sense amplifiers for shunt signal conditioning are integrated. The IC can operate at 12V, 24V and 48V battery voltage domains. Thanks to the powerful driver stage with typ. 2 A output current per channel, the 3-phase gate driver can be used in a wide range of applications. This device is developed in accordance with ISO26262 and Infineon standard development process to support ASIL-C rated safety goals which are described in the safety analysis summary report.
