KL0x Series
The MKL05Z32VLC4 is a 32-bit 48MHz ultra low-power Cortex-M0+ based Microcontroller Unit. The Kinetis KL0 MCU family is the entry point into the Kinetis L series based on the ARM® Cortex®-M0+ core. The KL0 ultra-low-power MCUs provide a bridge for 8-bit customers migrating into the Kinetis portfolio and is software and tool compatible with all other Kinetis L series devices. The entry-level, small form factor microcontroller unit features shares the comprehensive enablement and scalability of the Kinetis family and energy-saving architecture is optimized for low power with 90nm TFS technology, clock and power gating techniques and zero wait state flash memory controller.
