MYRLP Series
PicoBK™ MYRLP-F-RD series ultra-low quiescent current, inductor built-in, synchronous step-down DC/DC converter. It integrates an inductor and a control IC in one tiny package. The control IC and coil are integrated to achieve miniaturization and a space-saving power supply can be configured simply by adding two external capacitors. An operating voltage range of 1.8V to 6.0V enables support for applications that require an internally fixed output voltage. It has a built-in UVLO (Undervoltage lock out) function, the internal P-channel MOS driver transistor and N-channel MOS driver transistor are turned OFF when input voltage is below the UVLO detection voltage. The MYRLP-F-RD integrates CL discharge function which enables the electric charge at the output capacitor CL to be discharged via the internal discharge switch located between the VOUT and GND.
