TLE49642MXTSA1 is a high-precision automotive unipolar hall effect switch. It is designed specifically for highly accurate applications with superior supply voltage capability, operating temperature range and temperature stability of the magnetic thresholds. Its superior supply voltage range from 3.0V to 32V with overvoltage capability (e.g. load-dump) up to 42V without external resistor makes it ideally suited for automotive and industrial applications.
