MCP47CMD01 Series

MCP47CMD01 is a single channel, 8-bit, buffered voltage output Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) with MTP memory and an I²C Compatible Serial Interface. This device provides four different voltage reference options: device VDD, external VREF (Buffered or unbuffered) and internal bandgap. It offers .1 LSB Integral Non-Linearity (INL) with low power consumption and a fast settling time of 4 µs. This device has integrated MTP memory that can be written up to 32 times, for each specific register. It is suitable for consumer and industrial applications, such as set point or offset trimming, sensor calibrations, motor control applications and more.
