Description

Two 1200V/20A SiC Schottky diodes built in an isolated discrete packages, in a phase leg confirguration. This product can be used to reduce the component count, for example in rectifier bridges, or as a diode with double the blocking voltage. Made of SiC material, it is recommended for use in fast switching applications, and for systems with a need to reduce the power losses and increase the power density.
