For high-powered commercial vehicle applications, where individual fuse holders may be inefficient or leave the fuse connections exposed to the elements, a sealed, multi-fuse holder like the MDB5 Series 70V MEGA® & MIDI® Fuse Power Distribution Box (07985002ZXS) may be a better, more cost-effective choice. This 5-way power distribution box is designed with a sealed enclosure that protects the fuse connections from the corrosive conditions typically found in the battery box or under the hood. IP67 and IP69K waterproof ratings can be achieved with the addition of cable seals or plugs (sold separately). With dual, configurable inputs, the MDB5 Series power distribution box enables flexibility between high- and low-current applications and up to 400A continuous current.
