Description

The MAX2650 is a low-noise amplifier for use from DC to microwave frequencies. Operating from a single +5V supply, it has a flat gain response to 900MHz. The MAX2650's low noise figure and high drive capability make it ideal for a variety of transmit, receive, and buffer applications.The device is internally biased, eliminating the need for external bias resistors or inductors.
