The MMSD301T1G and MMSD701T1G devices are spin-offs of our MMBD301LT1G, and MMBD701LT1G SOT-23 devices. The Schottky diode is designed primarily for high efficiency UHF and VHF detector applications. It is readily available to many other fast switching RF and digital applications.
