NCP3063SMDBSTEVB
The NCP3063SMDBSTEVB is a surface mount boost regulator evaluation board for NCP3063 buck/boost/inverting switching regulator. The NCP3063 consists of an internal temperature compensated reference, comparator, controlled duty cycle oscillator with an active current limit circuit, driver and high current output switch. This IC was specifically designed to be incorporated in step down, step up, or voltage inverting applications with a minimum number of external components. The NCP3063SMDBSTEVB is a 250KHz maximum switching frequency board with a 12V input (9V to 15V). The output is 24V with a load current from 50mA to 350mA with the efficiency higher than 85% (at 150KHz).
