DG200A Series
The DG200ACJ+ is a dual monolithic SPST, CMOS analogue switch in 14 pin DIP package. It has a fast switching turn-on time of 44ns, a turn-off time of 70ns and on-resistance of 70 ohm. It also features break before make switching operation. The DG200A will not latch-up if the power supplies are turned off with the input signals. Typical applications include Winchester disk drives, sample and hold circuits, test equipment, PBX, PABX, guidance and control systems, heads-up displays and military radios.
