The MOC8102X is a 1-channel 6-pin non-base lead Optically Coupled Isolator consists of infrared light emitting diode and NPN silicon phototransistor. It feature base pin unconnected for improved noise immunity in high EMI environment. It is suitable for industrial systems controllers, signal transmission between systems of different potentials and impedances.
