MC9S08 Series
The MC9S08AC60CPUE is a 8-bit Flexis Microcontroller based on enhanced HCS08 CPU (20MHz bus) with CISC architecture operates at a maximum frequency of 40MHz. The device incorporates 60kB internal flash, 2kB internal RAM, 16-channel 10-bit A/D converter and 54 general-purpose I/O pins. This device also features peripherals like one inter-integrated circuit (IIC) bus module to operate at up to 100kbps, one serial peripheral interface modules (SPI) and two serial communications interface (SCI) modules. Breakpoint capability to allow single breakpoint setting during in-circuit debugging (plus two more breakpoints in on-chip debug module). On-chip in-circuit emulator (ICE) Debug module containing two comparators and nine trigger modes. Eight deep FIFO for storing change-of-flow addresses and event-only data.
