Description

General part information

TLE6250GXUMA1

TLE6250GXUMA1 is a high-speed CAN-transceiver. This transceiver is optimized for high-speed differential mode data transmission in automotive applications and industrial applications and they are compatible with ISO 11898. This transceiver works as an interface between the CAN protocol controller and the physical differential bus in both 12V systems and 24V systems. This transceiver is based on smart power technology (SPT), which allows bipolar and CMOS control circuitry in accordance with DMOS power devices to coexist in the monolithic circuit. It is designed to withstand the severe conditions of automotive applications and provides excellent EMC performance. It is used in applications such as engine control units (ECUs), transmission control units (TCUs), chassis control modules, and electric power steering.
