28398 is a 19 piece insulated SoftFinish slimline blade holder set. It is a standard for premium quality featuring an ergonomic cushion grip handle for comfort and control, dual durometer construction for long-lasting durability, handle directly molded to the blade holder for a permanent bond, and parallel flats to prevent table-top roll-off. It consists of Wiha engineered premium quality tool steel for strength and durability. Every single Wiha insulated tool is individually tested to 10,000VAC and rated to 1,000VAC (1,500VDC) for safety and peace of mind in energized applications. It is VDE certified and meet EN/IEC 60900 testing standards for protection against arc flash explosion, ASTM F1505 standard specifications for insulated and insulating hand tools, NFPA-70E standards for electrical safety on jobsite, and CSA testing benchmarks for safety and performance.
