74LVC241AQ20-13
The 74LVC241A provides two 4-bit buffers/drivers with separate output-enable (1OEand 2OE) inputs. When1OEis low or 2OE is high, the device passes noninverted data from the A inputs to the Y outputs. When1OEis high or 2OE is low, the outputs for the respective buffers/drivers are in the high-impedance state. The device is designed for operation with a power supply range of 1.65V to 3.6V. The inputs are tolerant to 5.5V allowing this device to be used in a mixed voltage environment. The device is fully specified for partial power down applications using IOFF. The IOFFcircuitry disables the output preventing damaging current backflow when the device is powered down.
