2DIB1401FXUMA1 ISOFACE™ basic dual-channel digital isolator is qualified for industrial applications. It supports data rates of up to 40Mbps and ensures robust data communication over a wide ambient operating temperature range and across production spread. Infineon’s robust Coreless Transformer (CT) technology ensures high immunity against system noise and withstands up to 3000Vrms isolation voltage (VISO). Two data channels in a narrow-body 150-mil package allow simplified designs with high power density and improve system efficiency with low power consumption. Potential application includes server, telecom and industrial switch-mode power supplies (SMPS), industrial automation systems, motor drives, medical equipment, solar inverters.
