The LPJ-125SP from Bussmann By Eaton is a Low-Peak LPJ class J 600VAC/300VDC, 125A, dual element, time delay fuse. It is an industry’s only UL listed and CSA certified fuse with 300KA interrupting rating that allows for simple, worry free installation in virtually any application. This non-indicating, ultimate protection current limiting, time delay fuse has time delay of 10 seconds (minimum) at 500% of rated current. Fast short circuit protection and dual element, time delay performance provide ultimate protection. Current limitation protects downstream components against damaging thermal and magnetic effects of short circuit currents. This fuse can often be sized for back-up protection against motor burn-out from overload or single phasing if other overload protective devices fail. It is typically used in power panel boards, branch circuit breaker panel board mains, machinery disconnects and industrial control.
