CYPD8225-97BZXI is the dual port 97-BGA tape and reel packing option of EZ-PD™ CCG8 family of USB-C port controllers. It complies with the latest USB -C and Power Delivery (PD) specifications. EZ-PD™ CCG8 provides a complete USB Type-C and USB PD port control solution for PCs and notebooks, including a discrete N-channel field effect transistor (NFET) gate driver with fault protection and slew rate, and it supports extended power range (EPR) up to 28 V without the need of any external components.
